Go to your local pawn shop/store and if there is a music area go check all the shelves and see if there are any clarinets (I would look in the case and see if the clarinet is barely damaged or not damaged at all, and check for multiple reeds, check for a mouth piece cover, and cleaning supplies) then ask the clerk/salesperson how much it is and if it fits your budget then go on and..... BUY IT!!!
